RUNWAY: Marni SS18

Marni's peculiar and charming Spring/Summer 2018 collection had a purposeful strange mix of styles that was based on the idea of finding lost things. In theory, these new clothes could easily be found in the back of your closet from years gone by and you decide to wear them, as strange as they may be, which could be a short onesies (or is it a romper?) or hand-drawn portraits with offbeat facial expressions. In-between the quirky accessories, there were generously cut suits in powder blue or taupe as well as some very chic micro patterned trenches.
