RUNWAY: Rag&Bone SS12

Rag&Bone presented a separate menswear collection this past week to showcase their offerings for Spring/Summer 2012. The duo behind the brand mix their backgrounds to help shape and inspire their collections. In the past, Americana was mixed with Scottish references. For SS12, the duo went out of their comfort zone by showing oddly proportioned pieces like cropped pants as wide as the model's shoulders. However, it all somehow came together. We think it was due to the styling but as individual pieces, we can sense that some of these pieces won't see the well lit rooms in department stores or trendy boutiques.
