RUNWAY: Band of Outsiders SS12

Scott Sternberg's Band of Outsiders was the main event at the bi-annual trade show in Florence, Italy called "Pitti Immagine Uomo". Prior to Band of Outsiders, Jil Sander and Trussardi were previous main events; the main event is the unofficial start to the European shows and Band of Outsider's second runway show ever was a glorious kickoff to the Spring/Summer 2012 collections!

The show opened and ended with a nod to West Side Story, about two rival groups duking it out during the 1950s. That translated to the clothes by way of 1950s Americana style, re-imagined into Sternberg's hipster aesthetic, a combination that has won over many and will no doubt continue to win over more customers with this great collection.
