RUNWAY: Colcci SS12

Colcci is without a doubt the most highly anticipated show of Sao Paolo Fashion Week, thereby making it the most highly anticipated fashion show in South America. The high could be highly attributed to its all star cast which in the past has included uber-model Gisele Bundchen. However, this season, we see Gisele's Victoria Secret compadre Alessandra Ambrosio hit the runway with movie and TV-actor Ashton Kutcher.

The collection played on proportions and fit, with cropped pants and arms. It also paid an homage to blue collar jobs, something we've seen already during the Spring/Summer 2012 Brazilian shows. Overall, the collection was cohesive, fresh and, of course, injected with just the right amount of sexuality.
