RUNWAY: John Richmond FW11

John Richmond is Rock n' Roll to the hilt. The shows are high energy with high-tech fabrics and sleek silhouettes. Fur is a big trend in Milan this season and the first three looks only reaffirmed it from a full length fur (mink? chinchilla?) coat to a fur lined jacket to an oversized fur stole. The remainder of the line was dripping with attitude, from a metallic suit worn with a Marilyn Manson t-shirt to multiple all black outfits with motorcycle inspired outerwear, in leather, wool, and luxe blends.
