RUNWAY: Issey Miyake FW11

Dai Fujiwara continued the fur trend for Issey Miyake's Fall/Winter 2011 show in Paris today, whether it was a printed fur trimmed collar on a jacket or a striped half-length fur coat, the luxe material was seen on the runway. But the main focus of the collection was stripes, seen in the horizontal stripes of a cardigan and the large bold stripes on a suit. The collection was subdued, even with the fair use of prints and fur, but it felt more like a Fall collection rather than one for Winter...or both.
