RUNWAY: Kiko Kostadinov FW19

Though Kiko Kostadinov's FW19 collection was referencing The Ring, the hair-tousled men who walked the runway said more Cousin It than The Ring. Nevertheless, the campy element of the show (glamour via ostentatiously large jewels) tampered some of the eerier and dark elements of the show. As for the clothes, there was a strong outerwear point of view, offering minimalist garments with soft, almost lady-like silhouettes, some with rounded edges versus the more typical boxy cut of men's clothing. Altogether it made for a strong collection, one with a cohesive point of view and strong garments that would be covetable on the rack.
