RUNWAY: Simon Miller SS18

The word basic now means something derogatory but for Simon Miller, the word conveys ideas of foundation and denim and hoodies are the foundations of this label. There were all denim looks here in mismatching finishes from black denim with stonewashed denim while destroyed denim with a simple hoodie. Why turn its design world upside down to be fashion world? This is menswear after and movements are glacially paced so a collection based solely on denim and high end basics seems like a good move.
