RUNWAY: Julien David SS18

A knit at Julien David offered the only word needed to describe the collection: ordinary. Except it was antithetical to the collection which was extraordinary with its treatment of "ordinary" clothes - denim jeans, denim shirts, overalls and the like. The lightweight fabrics gave the clothes a chic wearability while the beautiful textures added dimension to the "ordinary" collection. Did you see the metallic outerwear and suit? Not ordinary at all.
