RUNWAY: Giorgio Armani SS18

Steely colors, in grey and blue, kicked off Giorgio Armani's SS18 show. The designer offered only that the show was "Made in Armani" with no show notes or explanations about themes or inspirations. However, none were needed for this greatest-hits collection from Armani, who seems content to stay within his lane in perpetuity. Nearly every look offered that "signature" Armani style, many of which seemed re-worked from previous collections. The highlights were the looks that offered a strong textural component, either in a scallop design or seersucker.
