RUNWAY: Band of Outsiders SS18

Since relaunching about 2 years ago without its founder, Band of Outsiders has been missing that je ne sais quoi that made the original so fun and interesting. A shuffle of designers behind the scene hasn't brought back that energy but for SS18, the label did well enough to bridge the gap between the old and the new. Band of Outsiders will never be what they were before - lightning won't strike twice - but the sharp designs seen in this collection and with a certain level of quirk, there is at least hope that the investors who bought out founder Scott Sternberg didn't do it for naught.
