For her Spring/Summer 2016 collection, activist and designer Vivienne Westwood made a statement on politicians and corruption. There were prim and proper suits and more lurid outfits, with two models donning the skimpiest of bikinis, and that was the dichotomy that Ms. Westwood wanted to show.
