RUNWAY: Etro SS15
After a sea of beige, it was a pleasure to see
Etro's Spring/Summer 2015 collection. The bright hues and classic Etro patterns were a great reprieve while the tailoring seemed akin to a decade long gone, the roomier fit still felt relevant and on trend, considering that Milanese designers have tried for years to get men to stop wearing super skinny silhouettes, if only to get them to buy new pieces and drive up sales. That is the point of commerce, after all. Back to the collection, there were roughly 60 looks in this collection and a literal smorgasbord (vegetables, fruits, pasta and more!) was what designer Kean Etro offered in the eccentric part of the collection.
