RUNWAY: Comme des Garcons Homme Plus FW12

Rei Kawakubo's Fall/Winter 2012 collection for Comme des Garcons is sure to have one avid buyer: Marc Jacobs. Kawakubo showed a litany of models in various skirts, we all know Jacobs loves to wear a kilt and has said he enjoys Comme des Garcons', a perfect marriage. Every look was paired with a 70s Patti Smith-esque wig to complete the androgynous look. Fall/Winter 2012 had a delicacy about it that epitomized and harmonized the sometimes thin line between masculinity and femininity; the outerwear was to die for. A very strong and also very off-beat collection from Kawakubo.
