RUNWAY: Patrik Ervell SS12

Patrik Ervell's utilitarian and innovative collections are always a welcome sight during New York Fashion Week and for Spring/Summer 2012, his designs reinforced why we regard him as a truly great talent. Though the haute-tie dye shirts were a bit much for us, it added the right amount of intrigue without becoming ostentatious or crude. We really enjoyed the fuller sleeves and the more relaxed trouser, they were the right shape and proportion without being too wide or relaxed that they teeter on harem pants. These are quintessential clothes that men want to buy or wish they could afford to buy. Bravo to Patrik!
