RUNWAY: Gant by Michael Bastian SS12

Michael Bastian's line for Gant went tropical for Spring/Summer 2012 with floral prints and a decidedly easy-breezy way of dressing. Bastian's mountain-men from FW11 have gone south of the equator in these beautifully colored selection of clothes. Though color-blocking is really the trend for men and women in SS12, we're glad Bastian gave us a bit of a reprieve from that in this collection, instead we get American preppy clothes with lots of stripes, evoking a varsity feel.
