RUNWAY: Comme des Garcons Homme Plus SS12

Rei Kawakubo seemed to find inspiration for Comme des Garcons Homme Plus' SS12 collection from the recent British Royal Wedding between Prince William and the-now Duchess of Cambridge. Ever the one for avant-garde storytelling and influences, Rei's SS12 was quite straight forward about young British boy who has big dreams of being King one day. The dark and militaristic clothes were dotted with Rei's penchant for delicious details such as crinkled arm sleeves and sleeveless outerwear added the right amount panache to the collection.
