RUNWAY: Acne SS12

Acne took us back to the 1970s with their SS12 collection. If the pink and green carpet runway was any indication, the design team felt a bit psychedelic. With heavily patterned pieces littering the looks to short shorts, the collection definitely gave off a 70s vibe, but a more modern, sleek take on 1970-wears, rather than stuffy and stuck in the decade. The collection hinted at the 70s and we understood that without being whisked back and looking like the clothes were from the 70s.
