RUNWAY: Richard Chai for Penguin FW11

New York designer, Richard Chai, created a collection with clothier Penguin Original. The result was an even balance of the two brands. Present were Chai's edgy tailoring, as well as Penguin's affordable luxury. Looks ranged from a shawl collared knit paired with a relaxed fit khaki and another look presented a layered look with a geometric polo, a roll-neck sweater with pique lapel tuxedo coat. The collection was heavily featured with plaid, in red, blue, and grey, and sure to please the Penguin customers while intriguing shoppers with Chai's more adventurous cuts.
