RUNWAY: Rag & Bone FW11

Rag & Bone went to Scotland for Fall/Winter 2011, showing kilts and lots of tartan. Always present are their military references but they changed it up with a lot of pattern and the result was a breath of fresh air from the duo. Other than the tartans, other colors that were seen were electric and bright, like a pair of voluminous sunflower colored trousers. The departure for the brand is exciting but one wonders if it'll translate to sales when their perennial customers are so accustomed to more somber collections and colors.
