RUNWAY: DKNY FW11

After many years of presenting during New York Fashion Week, DKNY decided to do an intimate runway show today that featured strong pieces like suits (in single and double breast) to sportswear, something that's synonymous with NYFW.

DKNY is the lifeblood of the Donna Karan universe, the collections for men and women must be forward thinking, functional, and still wearable...all at an affordable price point. Showing a collection of updated classic pieces in a sea of navy, grey and black was smart and showing splashes of mustard and red, a popular trend for next season, was also a good move. Overall, the Fall/Winter 2011 offerings threw out a wide net and is sure to catch the glint of desire of many men when the pieces are available at retail stores.
