RUNWAY: Billy Reid FW11

After winning the CFDA's highest prize, the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund award, there was a lot of anticipation for Billy Reid's Fall/Winter 2011 collection, so much so that even Anna Wintour attended the show! The country-chic look that's expected at Reid's show was present and with the extra $100,000 he won from the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, there was ample luxury in what looked like average looking clothes but the details are where Reid's clothes reign, from the fabrication of the pieces to the effortless way the clothes drape the body.
