RUNWAY: Carlo Pignatelli Outside FW11
The warriors that walked down Carlo Pignatelli's runway today were a melange of tribal-wear, 80s glam rock and a bright 50s inspired color scheme (when it wasn't an all black look). The opening look was shocking if only for the fact that the model had a child strapped onto his back. The remainder of the show was a mix of demure patterns from plaid to herringbone to a section that baffled the senses from an oversized scarf-turned-headdress to a glittering suit. Carlo Pignatelli's show was saved for its sharp tailoring seen at the finale and with the casting that included powerhouses like Sean O'Pry and Garrett Neff.
