Monochromatic looks lit up Hugo by Hugo Boss' runway for Fall/Winter 2013. Deep colors from maroon to midnight blue eschewed the house's minimalist aesthetic. While the tailoring was pristine and streamlined, the accessories like bulky scarves, in matching tones, of course, added some weight to the collection's starkness.

Hugo by Hugo Boss is consistently one of the highlights of Berlin Fashion Week. This is due to the global brand's undeniable power and strength, while other brands have floundered and seen a decline in sales over the past few years, Hugo Boss has seen the opposite. The brand is one of the most recognizable and wearable brands in the world and for Fall/Winter 2012, the atelier created a very forward looking collection that mixed old elements like bowler hats with more futuristic aspects like paneled shirts and sleek high collars. The casting is also top notch with appearance from Mathias Lauridsen, Taylor Fuchs and Simon Nessman.
