RUNWAY: Gosha Rubchinskiy SS18

Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy doesn't go to where fashion is; fashion, or the fashion press at least, go to Gosha Rubchinskiy, this time in St. Petersburg, Russia. It was there that Rubchinskiy showed his SS18 collection of athletic-inspired fashion, with help from Adidas (and an 8 piece collaboration with Burberry), while baggy proportions once again looked back on the 1990s, a decade that's close to Rubchinksiy's heart. It all felt like deja vue, however, with a majority of the collection seemingly picked and reworked slightly from prior iterations. The most interesting pieces were the bifurcated outerwear, which were fresh and chic.
