RUNWAY: Charles Jeffrey Loverboy SS18

In their first solo outing, Charles Jeffrey Loverboy aimed to upend nearly every norm from gender to sexuality to traditional English dressing. The exuberant collection still offered wearable clothes but the runway show, in all its unabashed happiness and kitsch, was exactly what LFWM needs; the label is a welcome addition to the growing number of young labels that speak to and come from the young.
