As if Philipp Plein doesn't have enough to do during Milan Fashion Week, Plein is also the creative director of Billionaire Couture, which his company acquired a majority stake in in 2016. For FW17, maximalist oil tycoons were the inspiration, with exotic skins like crocodile, lizard and snakeskin making frequent cameos on bags, jackets and coats, while fur and velvet were also prominent.
