RUNWAY: TopMan Design FW16

TopMan kicks off LC:M once again with another expansive collection. This coming season the fast fashion retailer brings rugged dystopian fashion to the masses with a collection that relies heavily on oversized coats on needle-thin models, along with pieces that harken some of the best selling pieces from the current winter season including baroque pajamas and graphic patterns and prints. Lush fabrics also made a cameo towards the end that hinted that the TopMan Design sub-brand is targeting the masstige market with better quality, fabrics and fashion-forward designs that the typical buyer at its flagship on Oxford Circus may not be able to afford or be ready to embrace.
