RUNWAY: Alexander McQueen FW16

Dark and deeply romantic are two simple and succinct descriptions of Alexander McQueen's FW16 collection. The tailoring was on point, sleek and modern, while the moth and butterfly motifs added a bit of whimsy in the otherwise macabre collection. The label's Sarah Burton builds on the ethos of the man whose name is on the label but edges it forward with this collection, one of her best.
