RUNWAY: Yohji Yamamoto SS16

Yohji Yamamoto's effortlessly chic Spring/Summer 2016 collection was much sportier and athletic-minded than previous iterations. The fluid and cropped designs were supplemented by stripes and squiggled drawings, as well as a handful of crinkled suits that seemed light and ready for movement. Though this isn't his collaborative collection with Adidas, it seemed like an upmarket version of Y-3, with a bit more fabric and artistic experimentation.
