RUNWAY: Gosha Rubchinskiy SS16

Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy cast all his models for his SS16 from the streets of Russia and transported them to Paris where he showed a collection that was rooted in the 80s, 1984 to be exact. Though there seems to be no connection to George Owell's 1984 in the collection. However, the tracksuits, as well as the references to Russia - red stars and hammers/sickles - are seen throughout the collection's nostalgic and athletic view of the 1980s.
