RUNWAY: Versace SS16

It was a desert adventure for the Versace man at the Italian label's SS16 show. Well cut suits were outfitted with sporty elements like elongated shirts and knits, harkening a Middle Eastern or Northern African vibe. Those elements were also seen on headwraps made from fine Versace silk, which also adorned the show space to create a symbiotic experience, like being in Morocco and eating dates while hunky men strode past in gilded robes, body hugging ribbed sweaters and sandals, complete with socks. It's a dream that Donatella was selling and one that many will sure buy into.
