RUNWAY: No. 21 SS16

Alessandro Dell'Acqua's latest collection for No. 21 was all about youthful rebellion, seen through rugged and worn knits, oversized bombers and a bit gender exploration. Lace has had quite a season thus far, from Burberry Prorsum's lace shirts and ties to Dell'Acqua's lace tanks. Also seen were grungy and oversized knits, purposefully looking a bit disheveled and worn, all of it culminating in a youthful collection about exploration, which could be a metaphor for the label's attempts to define itself as it also grows, expands and matures.
