RUNWAY: R.Groove SS12

Similar to Reserva's Fall/Winter 2011 runway, R.Groove paints their models (with Lucas Mascarini opening the show) in a deep orange color. The clothes they presented had the recurring SS12 theme for Fashion Rio: the tropics. These tropical themes were seen in colorful stripes seen on shirts and shorts that were wide, creating a fresh silhouette. It should be mentioned that some of the stripes are reminiscent of Prada's Havana-esque collection for SS11. But as Coco Chanel said, "He who insists on his own creativity has no memory."
