RUNWAY: Mr. by Roland Mouret SS12

Roland Mouret's Mr. line took us on a French excursion for SS12. The Mouret man packed his bags and took his four weeks of holiday to go on a safari, hang out in the French Riviera and sip an espresso in a quaint cafe. His color choices for this holiday was blue: from sapphire to midnight blue to steel blue. Proportions were flowy and loose, a definite trend this fashion week, as well as previously during the FW11 shows. The new silhouette will not please some who adore the lean proportions we saw during the past few years but this new silhouette does seem a lot fresher and modern.

Mr. by Rolando Mouret took his man on a long journey and wherever his man goes, he will be well dressed but always have a bit of Parisian romanticism in his clothes.
