New York-based designer Steven Alan has built a large business from his great shirts. For FW15, Alan proffered texture, not pattern; this was seen on voluminous athletic-inspired pants, military styling, and even a fur scarf with matching cap.

The island feel of his Spring collections saw a return to the city for Fall, with perfect inspirations for weekend trips to the countryside or a day relaxing with your pet.

Steven Alan's Fall/Winter 2012 collection epitomized wearability with warm and inviting colors and the easy elegance his collections always offer. Though mostly somber in terms of color palette, the rich fabrications added an extra touch of luxury while the easy-to-pull-off looks are sure to garner sales.
