Sport played a starring role in Lucien Pellat Finet's latest collection which went all-in on track suits, hoodies, sock-with-sandals, and graphic tees, endeavoring to elevate the mundane to the level of capital-f Fashion.

The beach called out to Lucien Pellat Finet as he designed his eponymous label's SS18 collection, which offered little in terms of bottoms. Instead, there were plenty of swimming briefs and other swimwear while kitschy offerings like cashmere tank tops and a cashmere beach towel added humor to the collection, as did a little swipe at Supreme and its logo, who seems to be collaborating with anyone and everyone.

Lucien Pellat Finet's latest collection was an ode to the marijuana and weed culture. This manifested itself on graphic tees that said "Enjoy Ganja" as well as marijuana leaf necklaces and more. The rest of the collection was undoubtedly relaxed, with a island and tropical vibe.

Lucien Pellat Finet kicked off Paris Fashion Week with a tropical and casual collection full of graphic prints, from palm trees to marijuana leaves to Bart Simpson on a skateboard. With only two pairs of pants in the collection, it was clear that Finet's mind is stuck somewhere warm and tropical.
