Lee Roach's penchant for dark and moody designs are always a pleasure to see but Roach takes it up a notch for his FW15 collection that saw bold colors. The requisite black we so often see  was updated with kumquat and lemon. A subversive vibe ran through the whole collection, reaching its peak with a series of belted shirts that resemble straitjackets. There was also a bit of sex, in the form of cut outs that revealed just the tiniest bit of skin and one couldn't miss the sleeveless shirts and jackets. If one were to wear Roach's designs, don't skip the gym and don't forget those bicep curls, even in the winter months. In the end, the 20 looks were an exercise in vision and editing, kudos!

British designer Lee Roach visited the idea that men use clothing as a modern interpretation of armor, an idea that he hit home when a dainty tank top was emblazoned with "Protect". The collection's take on tailoring was also nuanced, not a single collar was to be seen on elegant jackets. Meanwhile, his take at athletic wear looked modern and luxe but still rooted with an elegant tailoring stand point. Overall, Roach's approach for SS15 felt fresh and new.

Lee Roach's severe tailoring offered no collars for FW14. The British designer's monochromatic creations were anchored by an unwieldy aesthetic and hard edge that faithful followers will adore while others will appreciate for its quality.

Lee Roach's favored silhouette is pared back, minimalist and austere. Spring/Summer 2014 felt like a rehash of Fall/Winter 2013 with fabric redesigns for warmer weather. What returned were cinched waists and straps proliferated the collection while Roach's chic take of camouflage in a slim and minimal design was exemplary.

A slightly sinister and dystopian collection was shown on Lee Roach's latest collection for Fall/Winter 2013. The minimalist clothes were accentuated by strap buckles that fastened most of the outerwear and tops, hinting at an underground movement with hints of anarchism; the collection had striking similarities to a certain British designer who shows during Paris Fashion Week.
