RUNWAY: Lanvin SS20

As Lanvin attempts to try and get back to where it was before it caused its own implosion, the maison's designer offered a light and airy collection of summer-y and beach-y garments. Some of the references were a bit too much but once the idea of this collection's theme started to settle, that's when the wearable and even covetable clothes began to show up: light and boxy striped pants, oversized knits for evenings at the beach and a stunning cerulean togglecoat. Lanvin still has a very long road ahead of itself to prove it's still got it but this is was a nice start.
