RUNWAY: Balenciaga FW18

Balenciaga showed men's and women's together for the first time since Demna Gvasalia started at the Paris-based maison two years ago. What followed was a cohesive show that melded the tailoring codes of the house and brought to the modern ages with the help of 3D imaging and printing, as well as technical fabrics molded over classic ones. The final section of the collection had an activist twinge with the label donating 250,000 Euros to the World Food Program and with portions of this FW18 collection going towards the program to help end world hunger.
