RUNWAY: Sacai SS15
Experimental tailoring could easily describe most of
Sacai's collection. The label is unafraid to tear something apart only to re-create it into something different and unique. For its SS15 collection, it was all about melding different fabrics and menswear staples to create something just a bit off kilter. It's a risky endeavor but the label's Chitose Abe usually succeeds in creating something enviable. This season, it included geometric patterns resembled camouflage, sporty pants with ribbed legs and a host of roomy coats.
