RUNWAY: Balmain SS14

Workwear gets a makeover at Balmain as the house's Creative Director Olivier Rousteing creates a softened collection based on the house's rocker aesthetic. Overalls in denim and leather heightened the blue-collar references while luxurious jackets in supple and baby-soft leathers were plentiful, as were nods to sailing via sailor inspired peacoats and overcoats and a supremely chic striped knit with cropped pants.
