RUNWAY: Balmain FW11

Christophe Decarnin cannot seem to create the same buzz around Balmain Homme as he does with his popular womenswear for Balmain. But he still creates some wonderful military inspired, all worn by Anthon Wellsjo below. The tattered jeans of prior seasons are gone and instead, the biggest embellishment on the jeans were that they were faded. Maybe Decarnin is hoping to catch the attention of the husbands and boyfriends of his affluent womenswear clients, who appreciate and adore his military references and exaggerated proportions, all of which are priced at astronomical ranges.
