RUNWAY: Junya Watanabe SS17

After a racially controversial collection and show last season, Junya Watanabe returns to Paris with a collection about the two main facets of men: hard and soft. The resul was a mix of floral (soft) and punk (hard) references. A plethora of super chic, egalitarian designs pushed this Comme des Garcon-backed label to the forefront of the fashion season and for the right reason this time.
