RUNWAY: Y-3 FW14

It's been over 10 years since Yohji Yamamoto and Adidas collaborated for the first time to create Y-3. So it makes sense now that the collaborative collection has its own identity that he move its runway show to Paris, where Yamamoto shows his eponymous collection. Maybe the move across the Atlantic inspired Yamamoto to think about superheroes flying over or swimming in the Atlantic to land on the hallowed streets of Paris. Quite possibly since the co-ed FW14 show seemed to focus on superheroes, either in disguise wearing Yamamoto's sporty designs or in costume as their superhero alter ego. Regardless of what these men and women were wearing, they looked chic, sporty and ready to kick some evil doer's butt.
