RUNWAY: Perry Ellis FW11

For Fall/Winter 2011, Perry Ellis showed a 1950s collection, with retro colored stripes, as well as lounge-y chunky cardigans and strong shouldered outerwear. Balancing commercial and fashion is tricky, especially for such a large company like Perry Ellis, worn daily by thousands of men in American and international boardrooms but the collection offered much in the way of wearability, functionality and class.
